Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to read this website, compare coverage and reach us — including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard only, magnification or captions.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is a goal we work toward and test against; it is not a certification, and no independent audit has been carried out.
What we have built in
- A skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
- Full keyboard operation of the menus, forms, filters and the multi-step quote.
- A visible focus outline wherever you tab.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Headings in a logical order, with one main heading per page.
- Colour contrast checked against the AA threshold.
- Error messages tied to the field they belong to, in words as well as colour.
- Reduced-motion support: animation and the home page montage stop when your device asks for less motion.
- Layouts that reflow at 200% zoom and on small screens without side-to-side scrolling.
Known limitations
- Downloadable PDF guides carry document titles, real text and a logical reading order, but they have not been through a full PDF accessibility remediation. Every guide also exists as an ordinary web page with the same information.
- Carrier portals, review sites and other outside websites are not under our control and may not meet the same standard.
- Form validation messages on the Spanish pages are currently returned in English.
Automated testing is not enough
We test with automated tools and by hand, using the keyboard alone and a screen reader. Automated results alone do not prove a site is accessible, and we do not claim compliance on that basis.

If something on this site is hard to use, please call us or send a message and describe the page and what happened. We will help you get the information another way — including by phone — and we will work to fix the problem.
