Privacy Policy
Last updated: Prepared for owner and legal review
This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It describes the website only. Information you share with us by phone, in person or through an insurance carrier is handled under that carrier's own privacy practices.
Information you give us
We collect only what you type into a form on this website: your name, contact details, the type of coverage you are asking about, your preferred contact method and times, the state you live in, and any message you choose to write.
Every message box on this website carries a visible notice asking you not to include Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, policy numbers, medical details, banking or card details, or passwords. Please follow it. If you send that information anyway, we will remove it when we see it.
Documents you upload
Documents sent through the Client Center are stored in private storage. They are not published, not listed publicly and cannot be reached by a permanent public link. Our team opens them through a temporary link that expires after 15 minutes.
Accepted file types are limited to .pdf, .doc, .docx, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .heic, .heif, .webp, up to 10 MB each and 5 files per submission. Programs, scripts and archives are rejected.
Automated malware scanning is not currently in place. Files are treated as untrusted and are opened only by our staff.
Consent
Every form asks you to agree, in a separate checkbox that is never pre-ticked, that we may contact you about your request. If you choose text message as your contact method, a further text-message consent appears.
Marketing consent is always optional and separate. Agreeing to marketing is never a condition of getting a quote or buying insurance. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or calling us.
Cookies and analytics
Essential storage keeps your cookie choice and your language choice. It cannot be turned off, because the site would not work without it.
Analytics and marketing technologies stay switched off until you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. Where analytics is enabled, we record page views and non-personal interactions only — never names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, worksheet answers or uploaded file names.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and discuss coverage options.
- To pass your details to an insurance carrier only when you ask us to apply or enrol.
- To keep a record of the consent you gave and when you gave it.
- To improve the website using non-personal, aggregated usage information.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with insurance carriers and service providers acting for us, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
A retention period has not yet been finalised by the agency. Until it is, requests and uploaded documents are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to meet insurance record-keeping obligations, and can be deleted on request.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the information you sent us.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent to be contacted, or to marketing messages, at any time.
- Change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Carrier portals, government resources such as Medicare.gov, and review sites are operated by other organisations. Once you leave this website, their privacy practices apply.
