Online billing and payments

Premiums are paid directly to your insurance company. Here is how to find your company's payment portal, set up autopay, and stay safe from payment scams.

Payments are made to your insurance company. As an independent agency, we do not bill you, collect premiums, or hold any payment information. We are happy to help you find the right portal or phone number.

How to pay your premium online

  1. 1Find your insurance companyYour premium is paid to the company that issued your policy, not to our agency. The company name is on your ID card, your welcome packet, and your monthly statement.
  2. 2Sign in or register on their portalEach company has its own member website where you can pay a bill, view invoices, and download receipts. First-time users usually register with the member ID from their card.
  3. 3Choose how you want to payMost companies accept a bank draft, a debit or credit card, mail-in check, or automatic monthly withdrawal. Some Medicare plans can also deduct the premium from a Social Security benefit.
  4. 4Set up autopay and keep your confirmationAutopay is the simplest way to avoid a lapse in coverage. Save or print the confirmation number after every payment and after any change to your payment method.

Find your insurance company's payment portal

Our carrier directory lists the official member sites, billing lines, and service numbers exactly as each company publishes them, so you always land on the real page.

Keep your payments safe

  • We never take premium payments on this website, over email, or by text message.
  • Never send a card number, bank account number, or routing number by email or text — not to us and not to anyone who asks.
  • If someone calls demanding immediate payment by gift card, wire transfer, or cryptocurrency to keep your coverage, it is a scam. Hang up and call us.
  • Medicare Part B premiums are paid to Medicare or deducted by Social Security, not to an insurance company or to our agency.

Worried about a missed payment?

Call your insurance company as soon as you can — most plans have a grace period, and coverage can usually be kept in place if you act quickly. If you are not sure who to call or what a notice means, call us and we will walk through it with you.
